White Pigeon Community Schools is a hard-working school system of nearly 900 students, staffed by nearly 120 dedicated caregivers. Our daily emphasis is to make certain that every youngster has the opportunity to learn to his/her potential and to have the educational tools to succeed in school and in the adult world. While we are still celebrating having the best overall MEAP scores of any K-12 district in the county, we are continually updating our curriculum to meet the needs of our students.

This year we will have a new K-6 reading program which completes a five year cycle of updating every curricular area. For the High School curriculum we have purchased new Spanish books and materials. We will also have new World History books for all of our freshman. Our goal is to update our high school curriculum, as necessary, to meet and exceed the new high school requirements.

Providing our students with a great education will not only help our students, but will strengthen our communities as well. Ensuring that our students are appropriately prepared to meet the challenges of the future must always be our number one priority!

White Pigeon area communities are progressive and have supported two big building projects that were funded completely with donated dollars: a football and track complex and a roller hockey stadium within the past few years!
