In partnership with our communities, the mission of White Pigeon Community Schools is to provide a nurturing environment which fulfills the students' educational needs
and develops a desire for life long learning.

The White Pigeon Community Schools is located in St. Joseph and Cass counties on the southern border of Michigan.  In the heart of seed corn country, our relatively small district, only 55 square miles, contains eleven lakes.  It is also convenient to several metropolitan areas:

Kalamazoo, MI - 35 minutes
Elkhart, IN - 15 minutes
South Bend, IN - 35 minutes
Chicago, IL - 2 hours
Detroit, MI - 2.5 hours

Our area boasts excellent hunting and fishing and numerous recreational facilities.  With two major universities (Notre Dame at South Bend, IN, and Western Michigan University at Kalamazoo, MI) within 35 minutes, our residents enjoy a wealth of opportunities to participate in university activities and academics.

WP and Chiefs Ballcaps

Students in Mrs. Flory's class are selling WP and Chiefs ballcaps as a fundraiser for a field trip to Chicago in May. These items are being sold at various athletic events throughout the year and will be available through the spring sports season. They can also be purchased directly from Mrs. Flory at the High School or from Mr. Kline at Central Elementary.
