Hello everyone! My name is Haley Houtz and I am excited to be the new Dean of Students at Central Elementary. I've been a School Counselor since 2014. I've been a therapy dog handler since 2017 and volunteer throughout lower and mid-Michigan in response to critical incidents with my Golden Retrievers Maggie and Oscar. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with family, running (half marathons are my favorite!), and reading. With each conversation I have about White Pigeon I become more excited about becoming a Chief. Community members, parents, students, and staff take great pride in their school and I am eager to be a part of and contribute to the White Pigeon team!
