I earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Adrian College.  I entered the field of banking and was sent to the White Pigeon branch office.  My wife Susan and I bought a house and have resided in White Pigeon for nearly 50 years.  Both of our sons were enrolled in the White Pigeon Community Schools from kindergarten to twelfth grade and subsequently completed bachelor's degrees at Western Michigan University.

I have served the community throughout the years as a member of Rotary (now Action Club), high school Interact Club advisor for fifteen years, youth baseball and basketball coach, Parks and Recreation Board President, Middle School football coach and Varsity basketball coach. I have previously served on the school board for 10 years, 6 years as president.

It’s truly an honor to have been afforded the opportunity to serve the youth of our community again as a school board member.
